The custom forms and fields feature within the ClassiPress admin allows you to assign a specific new ad form based on the category selected. You can have multiple different types of forms and assign them accordingly. I'm sure with some customization you could make this feature then function how you want it to work..but this would be up to your coding skill to do so. Otherwise, the customer would simply have to select the category from the dropdown.
