Is it possible to restrict subscriber to add business/event?

I dont want everyone to be able to add business/event, is it possible for me to do it?

Users must be registered before they can post any listings, and you can moderate listings and events before they are published if you wish. Thanks.

No, I mean I would like to restrict new members (subscribers) to add business/event, so they can't post anything eventhough they registered. Is it a possible?

Apart from moderating listings, no you can't prevent them from posting altogether if you've already allowed them to register. It would require customization of the default theme on your part, or possibly the use of a plugin if you were looking to do this. Thanks.
