Is it possible to use as plugin?

Does this theme have a plugin version to integrate on existing wordpress website?Or is there any other way to do it?

JobRoller is a stand alone theme, so is not designed to be used as a plugin, nor do we have a plugin version available. If you have an existing site however, you could look to install the theme in a subdirectory, e.g.

yourdomain.com <== Your existing site
yourdomain.com/jobs <== Your JobRoller installation

I wanted to know the same thing, but in respond to your reply I would like to know if it is possible to make widgets or something out of job listings on the job board. So I am running 2 installs, 1 is yourdomain.com and the job board is on jobs.yourdomain.com. Is there an easy way to show job listings from the job board on yourdomain.com?

There's nothing built into the theme to do as described, so you'd need to add this yourself through customization. Thanks.
