Post by Location plugin?

Hi,

Do you plan on developing a Location plugin for classipress? One that will allow my posters to choose their country, city, state and zipcode to allow posting ads in their specific location? I like the Citrus Night theme. and personally prefer the select menus for each as it is most common way to choose their location. Preferred place is in the contact bar next to the post an ad button (left side of the button). Of course you may have other ideas for the placement, but the idea in general needs to be added. When are you going to have this featured available?

I'm not aware of any specific plans for such a plugin, but having such a set-up is certainly a popular request. What some customers have done for a similar result is through use of a WordPress multisite setup and some additional customization, to give each State/location its own subdomain. Thanks.

I was however looking into something more than just U.S.A based listings, so using the multisite setup would be *alot* of work. I will add that feature to my wishlist, I am sure others would appreciate it too. Once you have a plugin, or theme which supports different countries / locations, I will re-consider Classipress. Until then, I will check back.
