1.No, Vantage comes with some predefined theme schemes (Vantage->settings->Theme Color).You can also change the background color and the text color easily from the Appearance menu.If you're looking for more advanced customization you will need to modify the css files.

2.This feature is not supported.

3.Vantage currently supports PayPal and the developers are working on adding more gateways in future versions.As you know the source code of the themes is open and with the necessary skills a developer can create a plugin for accepting payments with any popular payment system.
