HireBee has the price field there by default, so it would require some customization on your part to remove it completely. Whether or not it's the theme you need comes down to whether or not the rest of the functionality is what you're looking for, because technically you could use e.g. JobRoller for the same purpose if it's mostly about placing the listing for people to apply for.
