The theme is unencrypted, so the level of customization you can do (outside of simply changing settings in the
JobRoller admin dashboard), is ultimately only restricted by your level of coding knowledge. Basic settings include things like color selection, widget placement (which widgets you want to appear in the sidebar), custom menus, and custom listing forms. Thanks.
