    Pre-Sales Questions

    Hi Pre-Sales

I have been looking at your great product recently as a replacement for an existing (old) job board.

I have some questions, but couldn't find anywhere on your site that had relevant info so far.

Q 1 Some customers prefer to pay via Invoice instead of credit card via Paypal.
Does your site have the ability to add a button like the Paypal one which would give customers a choice of paying upfront or via invoice.
Once the Invoice button was clicked, it would also provide instant update like Paypal, but would also send a confirmation to the "Admin" as well as the "Customer".
The Admin could then forward an invoice to the customer for payment.

Q 2 With many job boards Employers can buy a number of jobs (3, 5 10 or more) or credits against future job postings.
It looks like yours has too, like 'Job Packs'. In Admin you state that a Job Pack will take the place of pricing.
If this is true, can you give the customer the option of buying 1 job, or a job pack, and also the option of paying via invoice and paying via PayPal?

Q 3 When an Employer or Recruitment Organisation opens an account, there may be a requirement to enter a tax no. - like a VAT no.
This field to be added as a requirement to "Employer (Advertiser) Registration page.
Can extra fields like this be added to the registration page?

Q 4 When both Jobseekers and Employers open an account, they must tick the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the site, before submitting is accepted.
Also, when applying for a job, the jobseeker must tick the box before the application is sent.

I.E. "__ Please check this box to indicate that you accept the terms & conditions of this website."

Q 4a As in Q 3, can an extra field like a checkbox be added to both Employers and Jobseekers registration page?
Q 4b Can an extra field like a checkbox be added to the "Apply Online" - "Apply for this Job" drop-down?

Q 5 Some Employers or Recruitment Firms prefer the application to be forwarded to another website address for processing instead of their standard emailing address.
Is there an ability to offer this option on the Post a Job page whereby the advertiser can click a radio button for applications to be forwarded to the email address, or a second button where they would enter a web address in this field.
When a jobseeker clicks on the Apply button, they would be transferred (in a new window) to an external website for processing of their application.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Some of the above may require separate code or a separate plug-in perhaps. If this is the case, you are welcome to supply a rough quotation.

    Kind regards
    Theo

At the moment JobRoller accepts payments only through Paypal.

Yes you can offer a pack with only 1 job or create more packs according to your needs.

You will have to edit the code yourself or use a third-party plugin.

JobRoller allows you to create a terms page and place it in the registration page but not on the application page.

Please see the answer for question #3

I am sorry but this feature is not supported at the moment, although other customers suggested it in the past.Maybe the developers are going to include it in future versions.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
