There are no specific settings relating to WordPress multisite available in our themes, but they are definitely compatible and can be installed on such a setup. Functionality of a WordPress multisite is not theme dependent, so whether or not categories are added to all or users can post in specific installations relates to what multisite is capable of/your setup.
