    Pre-sales questions re email notifications & reporting on tickets

    I would be grateful if you could confirm that it is possible to generate an email to a pre-determined recipient when a ticket is raised?

    Also, are there any facilities to generate reports about numbers of outstanding tickets, age of tickets, status of tickets etc.?

    These are not default features of the theme and would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement them, our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Whilst we do not offer customization services, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes. Thanks.
