Pre-Screen Function for Applicants
Has any thought been given to a pre-screening option for applicants, prior to their being allowed to send their application to an employer? Yes, I realize this is a 'theme' for the word-press framework and not the be-all and end-all for every bell and whistle.

This would be of tremendous benefit for selling a job-posting service to a larger employer that requires some sort of culling of applicants.
Screen process would/could simply be a simple set of questions that if answered appropriately, would allow the job-seeker to move on to the application page. Questions such as would be relevant to the job offered--ie. Licenses, Experience, Skill-set(s), etc.
Not every employer would necessarily need this offer/option, but for those that did require it, would definitely be the deal-maker instead of -breaker.
