I looked through the forum but didn't see these questions before. Does the Admin have full control over the ads? Can the Admin mark an item as sold and if so how? I see on the demo site that the wp login is disabled, so does the Admin control the site from a special "on page" menu area or does the theme still allow access to the wp dashboard?

Yes, the admin can control the ads from the wp-admin dashboard as seen on the admin demo here. Sold status from the back end is indicated using one of the custom fields. Thanks.
