    presale questions

    Hello,

I have a couple questions about Clipper.

    1) How is the placement of the coupon codes determined? Can I define the order they are listed (like making one stay first place)? Does the % vote move codes up or down? Can I manually change the vote?
    2) On the front page, I see you can feature coupons on the front page but can I feature entire stores? If I make the site with only a few stores, can I put those few stores on the front page in big images? Then people could click on those links and get to the coupon page.

    Thanks

    1) Coupons are listed in the order they are posted (newest at the top), with featured coupons appearing in the slider. There is no setting to change the order (this would require customization on your part), the percentage doesn't determine position, and you can change percentages within the admin dashboard.

    2) This would also require customization on your part, however our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.

So once the codes are posted, I have no control over the ranking (I can't move one up or down manually even?)?

I would like to verify codes before putting them up. Can the "submit a coupon" be turned on and off as I wish so that only I can submit codes?

Are you aware of anyone doing this kind of customization for the rankings

Lastly, can I force a user to login to be able to vote?

    Thanks

You could potentially alter publish dates to move the position of the listing (as newest is listed at the top), otherwise customization would be required for a more automatic method of sorting. You can choose to moderate coupon listings before they are published. Yes, you can remove either the option to register or submit coupons or both via admin settings. I'm not specifically aware of ranking customization as mentioned. You can force users to register for creating coupons but it's not required for voting by default, and again would require customization. Thanks.
