Standard Package is $99 and Developer Package is $159, for the difference of "Photoshop PSD Files", can you give me the one that i can do modification code inside the theme without problemes.
You can still carry out modifications if you have the $99 standard theme license, so if you aren't in need of the Photoshop files or know what to do with them then it is unlikely you will require the developer license. You can always upgrade at a later time if you wish. Thanks.
