problem with the separation of blog posts and job list

i have a wordpress blog that contains more than 10.00 posts (jobs) with many categories and tags .. i want to use jobroller theme but the seperation of blog posts and jobs list will affect my old posts where :

1-my old posts will have a different loop design and will not show up on home page with jobs list (new jobs)

2-also it will have a seperated categories sidebar

how can i use this theme with my blog ???

Depending upon the structure of your existing theme, it will may need tweaking (i.e the user of importer) of the source database to conform with Jobroller's structure or Jobroller may need further customization to conform with your existing theme setup.
