Profitability, how monetize ads ?

Hello,

Now I'm trying ClassiPress and the biggest problem for me for that theme is its lack of potential profitability ...
Can you tell me, once installed, the best options / plugins to monetize ads?
(I wish to offer free ad-based but do pay the highlighted ads, and the actual offers "highlighting", "Packages" and "Subscription" seem to me too limited...)

Outside of the themes functionality that you've already mentioned (charging for users to place listings, subscription packages, featured ads etc), there are advertising banner options which you can use to also monetize the site, the default placement being header and single ad pages. You can purchase other banner plugins from the AppThemes marketplace for placement of other ad spaces as well. Anything more to the existing package options would require customization on your part, however our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.

But I have not found a really most appropriate plugin for the highlighting of ads ...
It's infortunate for a good job as ClassiPress theme, neglecting the aspect so fundamental of profitability and monetize ads...
If I need to customize my theme in "hard" (code), I may have compatibility problems with different update ...
Do you know if the aspect ClassiPress profitability will be improved in the near future with additional plugins?

We have no plans for it at this time, and not all plugins are created by AppThemes, so of course if someone develops a plugin which we choose to offer in the marketplace then this could potentially happen, but ultimately you'd be looking at customization rather than relying on a specific plugin to be built. My test version is an old version install by a programmer...

We don't have "test" versions of our software, and the updater plugin is not a separate purchase as you still require a valid license/subscription in order to use it. So ultimately if you are seeking to update your theme and have support, you would need to purchase a ClassiPress license which includes 12 months of theme updates and support.
