I am really interested in buy this script. But i should known if exist the posibility to have a search menu like this:

The only search/filter add-on available outside of what the default theme offers is this, otherwise it would involve customization on your part if you were looking to implement other search options. Thanks.

I thought Geo Locator solves such issue

Doesn't geo locator help to solve such an issues by identifying your location and dispensing listings accordingly?

Perhaps the screenshot doesn't really explain to me what specifically is wanted from it, but essentially with the default theme you still need to enter in a location for the search.
