I purchased today iclassipress and the order is completed. somehow I can not login into this forum and from my account control panel, it said there is no active purchase.

I've purchased ClassiPress Theme 3.1.9 and the order is completed but I can't see answers board messages,
it appear "You must be an AppThemes customer and logged in to view this response. Join today!".
Can you please help me?
