Redeem 50% OFF when siging with Blue Host

I'm about to sign up with blue host then purchase two of your themes and get the 50% OFF discount but would first like to get my site up before purchasing your themes. Is there a window that I have for purchasing your themes with the discount after signing up with blue host? I will be getting the two app themes by Friday once site is up.

I will wait to sign up with host if I have to forward my setup with blue host to you right away in order to get this discount.
