    QC - A couple of questions before I buy

    Hello,

    Could you please answer following question regarding QC?

    1. Does support include customer specific modifications of QC code / look and feel?
    2. If not, what is your development charge and what is the process for quotation / delivery?
    3. Does QC support tickets send by email? I mean, specific email address from where all emails are fetched into unassigned tickets?

    Hi,

    1. Modifications of the code are not recommended and supported by Appthemes.
    2. You can hire a developer. There is a list of the community and certified partners here .
    3. At the moment this feature is not supported. You can assign tickets from the front end. I don't know if you had the chance to test the demos
