Hello, i would like to know, if it's possible give an avaliation about who did the ads.

For example: John is selling a car, Gabriel bought the car and the negotiation was ok. Gabriel give "5 stars" to John.
Peter is selling a computer, Charlie wants buy the computer , do the offer and pay for the computer, but Peter, don't send the computer in the time that was agreed.

Do something like this, is possible?
