QualityControl was not created to support any specific project management methodology. I think it can be safely said that the theme would not cover all the needs for an Agile team. It could possibly fulfill some needs.
Have you seen our demo? It's a full and up-to-date working install of the theme. You cannot create tickets or comments but it's the best way to get a firm understanding of what the theme is and whether it is the right tool for you.
Beyond that, are there specific features that you are looking for? Agile is a huge methodology and different teams use Agile differently.
