    Quality Control. Can I use the Theme as a Help Desk Ticket System

    Hello, I need each of my customers to access their own tickets, so I need a way to create a customer and that the customer after login, can create, view and update their tickets. Customers will login over the Internet. It looks like Quality Control will allow me to do this. You mentioned WP multi-site. Do I need to use WP multi-site, one for each of my customers? Not sure that I understand? Thank you. Bernhard from Spain

    Each customer can register with their own username, so provided you have given them appropriate access, then yes they can create, view and update tickets. You do not need a WordPress multisite installation in order to do this, unless of course you're actually looking to give each customer a totally separate installation to work from? Otherwise, there's no reason why they can't use the same installation, with tickets assigned to various users. Thanks.
