Quality Control: Logged-in and not logged-in users, can see a list of all tickets?
As a pre-sales person, I can't view the answer already posted, so I'm asking again.
In Quality Control, can I restrict visibility of tickets such that only one non-admin user account can view the tickets they created?
Also, in the demo, I submitted a test ticket but it did not appear. Is the demo broken?
Finally, I'll use this with S2 member. Anybody else doing that? Did it work OK?
