    Quality Control and old Tickets

    Hello and compliment for your product, and sorry if i repeat the question..!i'm a new!

    Sò, i'd like to buy "quality control", because i want install it on new site(wordpress) internal big lan.
    But it, can read existent DB ?! because now there's a similar product but it work with Access DB, and site work with AspNet!!!

    All We want new system and new site open (wordpress), but we must imported all old tickets and this are inside AccessDB, and Wordpress use PHP-MySQL..!!

    I hope explain my problem and perplexity.

    Hi Antonio,

    WordPress and our themes require a web server such as apache, a mySQL database, and PHP. There is no built in function to import from a access db.
