Quality Control Theme Pre-sales Questions
The following questions related to the Quality Control theme (

1. Can I prevent non-signed in users from viewing any tickets? Essentially, I want to use this as a closed-network where only users I add to the system can view tickets. How would I accomplish this (e.g., prevent tickets from displaying on homepage unless a user is signed in)?
2. Will the system email notifications every time a ticket is assigned to them?
3. If I create a ticket and assign it to John, then John writes a comment on the ticket asking for clarification...will it email me to let me know that John has posted a comment?
4. Is there a way to associate more than two people on a ticket so we're all notified when a comment is posted to, say, test a bug fix?
