Quality Control - ticketing system

Hello - I've learned that you've purchased the Quality Control WordPress theme and plan on releasing and supporting a future theme based on it. Can you provide a timeline on when this is expected to be released? It was mentioned on a support forum for the old theme that you may be releasing it sometime in April.

This theme is great but no doubt, your future development will make it an amazing product.

As far as I know, themes release status are all posted here WordPress Theme Release Status | AppThemes .

i cant see this theme in the release plan so i think its not included in the plan yet.

The only information we have is that there are plans to release it sometime this summer. There are no definite details other than that though.

We would like to use this - any possibility

We would like to use this in-house at a non-profit organization.

Sadly, there is no way to even obtain the previous (free) versions.

Would it be possible to gain prelminary access in any way?

hi there.. i paid web designer to design something similar to launchpad.. (bug ticketing system) and he told me this theme is great.. I paid him to get this theme for me. theme works nice but there is a problem.. if user A create the ticked then only editor or admin can reply to that ticked.. this is absolutely bad. I understand that you can make ticket r/w for others but this give them also availability to change ticket status which is another very bad thing.. only admin or editor should have this options but also users should be able to post comments to other tickets. for example user A creates ticked and user B know the good answer.. user B is registered so he should be able to post comment to A user ticked.. this is an model which allow whole community trouble shoot things not only admin..

ps: if I knew about this stupid limitations I would go for whoo fault press theme which is same price but have this options instead of this nice but very limited theme..developer went back to his country(poland) and i have no idea how to deal with this problem. I dont have his login details to this forums and the only way to get it is pay another 100 dollars which is good for you but bad for me..

I will be around for couple days to see if you give me some reply (well I hope so).
