In answer to your questions:
1. Vantage does not include social media login functionality by default, however you can use a plugin such as SocialConnect as noted on our
recommended plugins page which will allow this.
2. You can set the region biasing in the Vantage admin dashboard
here (use the region code link on that page to find the one relevant for your country). In terms of currency selection, by default, the currencies you see from the dropdown are those supported by PayPal which is the default payment gateway in Vantage. Since Indian currency is not on that list, you could look at other payment gateway plugins in the
AppThemes marketplace, and find one that does offer support for your location. A quick search shows that
