I've not purchased any themes from AppThemes yet and I saw there is a note mentioning if someone translates a theme to his/her language then AppThemes gives him/her 40% discount. Is that true? If yes, does it considered for first purchase or not?

Yes, if you provide a theme translation which does not already exist, which is verified and posted to our site then we will offer the translator benefits as outlined on our languages page. What happens is that you would send the file to us first, then we provide the discount coupon which you can apply to your theme purchase (the discount is not applied after you have already made your purchase), and it does not matter if you haven never purchased from us before.
