    how will I remove that advertisment for appthemes at the top of the site?
    and what wordpress plugin, will work for making advertisment space on the theme?
    or how do u make advertisment space on the theme?

    I will be amazed if its possible to do this

    You can remove and replace with your own through the Classipress admin settings.
