Question about all themes and all market place items

Please forgive me if this is answered somewhere else in the forum, I couldnt find the answer anywhere else. When purchasing the App theme Club standard, are items in the Market place free, or will they still have to be purchased? or are they discounted?

And what is NOT included in the App theme Club standard

The AppThemes club package includes all AppThemes created themes and AppThemes created marketplace products, it does not contain ALL marketplace products - many products in the marketplace are created by other developers (not AppThemes).
