    Question About Classified ads theme ?

    Greetings!

    Can this theme be modified so that admin can ad funding to any individual account? or is that built-in?

    Can plugins be added to stop hackers and SPAM ad posters?

    No option on this yet and may require additional coding to implement. You may post a request on this at the ideas exchange page http://ideas.appthemes.com/forums/84267-classipress.

    Yes you can use third party plugins but not all are guaranteed to work with the theme's functions.
