#2) Are owners of listings allowed to update their info, such as pics, address, nmbr ect

1) Yes, you can add embedded YouTube code to the listing description to add a video to a listing.

2) Yes, you can allow listings to be claimed if you wish.. otherwise the listing author can already do this.
