I would like to purchase jobroller. It meets nearly all of my site requirements. The only one that it doesnt meet is I wish to prevent any employer from registering a job within the greater London area. this would need to be addres and postcode specific and inform the employer that jobs canoot be added if they are within the greater London area. Is it possible to create suc a facility in jobroller?

There is no default option on this and will require some code customization to implement. The themes are not encrypted and so it can be modified according to your needs.
