The theme uses the default WordPress user functionality, so no there is no option to moderate registered users specifically, however you can of course either close off registration and do them manually, as well as the fact that ads can be moderated before they are published. There are a number of color schemes available by default which you can select from a dropdown in the admin panel, and you can also view colors on the
AppThemes demo site. The admin dashboard allows you to set your own logo without code changes, you may also wish to view this in the admin demo settings. Thanks.
