Can classipress handle these 2 features ?

1) When posting an add, after you chose category and subcategory, can I add other fields like : New / Used or for example a car Diesel / Petrol ? This in information to be used afterwards to sort the ads.

2) Feedback ratings like on ebay.

Is it possible to add custom fields to some categories and different custom fields to other categories ? Or the custom fields apply to all categories ?
