I need additional features for our site:

1. is it possible that an admin can approve a new user account before it is active? We want to check the freelancers quality first. After approval he gets a mail that his account is enabled or rejected
2. We want to show the project locations on a map. Project locations are different to the provider location. A freelancer can define a search radius for projects
3. Moderation. We (Admins) want to assign projects to possible candidates. Is it possible to invite freelancers to a project? All/special projects are hidden and freelancers can only see them when they are invited
4. Company with multiple Users - Providers have multiple users, a user can see/edit all the projects of the company
5. additional fields for users and projects - is it possible to assign new fields for both? Is it possible to change the order of all (existing and additional) fields?

1. The theme uses the native WordPress user functionality which does not have an option to approve users (although you can approve listings). It would require customization/plugin use to do this.
2. & 3. These are not default features of the theme and would require customization on your part.
4. There is only one email address per account (as per WordPress user functionality), and a listing is assigned to one author so this would not be possible by default.
5. The theme has a custom form feature for project listings but not for users.

Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Whilst we don't offer customization services, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire. Thanks.

Is it possible to use Ultimate Profile Builder, UAM or other tools to add custom fields, restrict parts or manage approval process?

AppThemes doesn't officially support third party plugins, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee that they will definitely be compatible with our themes out of the box. Some amount of customization may still be required. Thanks.
