Questions Regarding Clipper Theme

We would like the answer to the following questions as we plan to buy the clipper as well as the vantage theme:
What are the
SEO Capabilities?
One of our primary motives in initiating a new is based on our ability to improve our
SEO from Good to Excellent.
Any new template would need to assist in this objective whether by design format or Listing Page Format. While we desire to have the home page more prevalent, it is more important to have each listing more “searchable” in the following format: “Anytown State Contractor Business Name”
Can we alter / expand the Search Query?
It is important that we allow our clients appear in multiple town searches, not just where they are located (2, 4, 6 town listings); it is a differentiating feature versus most of the other businesses directory sources out there.
To accomplish this, I am assuming that we will need to modify the current search and “Near Search”, in the case of the Vantage template. Hopefully, we can add additional fields (perhaps address 2or another field) and have that part of the search query. It is not important that the other towns appear on the map, but we do need them to appear in the listing.
Also, in the case of the Clipper template, can we alter the search query from “Coupon Code” to Location fields?
Search Results Page
When a specific search is complete (ex: Attleboro MA Restaurants), does the template create a permanent URL address that we can then use when we promote via twitter or facebook, as a quick link versus making readers complete the search themselves. Ex: “Check Out Local Restaurants serving Attleboro MA {specific link}”
Additional Listing Field: Referral Code
We have an existing Referral Program that is important to our expansion. Can we add a field so new clients can indicate by whom they were referred by entering a numerical code?
Additional Listing Field: Desired Towns
Relates to the Search Query question. This would be a field for the client to indicate the towns that they want to be listed in …. Will tie into their 2 – 4 – 6 town registration.
Additional Listing Field: Deals / Specials
Can we add a field so new clients can include the deals, discounts, or dining specials that they may offer. If not, we can accomplish this through a separate submission page.
Additional Listing Field: Description
Can we add a “Description Field” so the business can add tags – up to 110 characters
Additional Listing Fields: Other Online Sites
Similar to the fixed fields provided for facebook and twitter, can we add fields for Yelp, Better business Bureau, YouTube, Google+, Tripadvisory, and Urbanspoon? If not, we can add manually via the text.
Coupon Reference
We do not intend to use coupons, but instead would be interested in highlighting “deals.” Can we change references to coupon to deals?
Search Results
What is the order that the results are shown on the Results page? Older to newest?
