We are leading developers and designers from India. We are more into design and multimedia, we're planning to start a classifieds for our small area, so we thought of buying a ready-made script instead of coding and testing it ourselves.
i just wanted to ask a couple of questions:-
1) will it be possible for us to completely customize design & layout as per our needs?
2) will it be possible for us to plugin or self code things like ad-rotator and impression count?
3) will it be possible to add more elements like banners etc.?
4) will the source code be completely available, without any locks?
5) will the code have any connection with your server/api or something like that?

will all this be possible as we have our own very much expert php team.
Also just to make clear we are planning to go for the ultimate $199 pack
please let us know asap so that we can start the process
also if possible can you email us the answer or notification on given email id?

1) Yes, you will have full access to the code to customize it as you wish
2) When it comes to plug ins, there are a list of those which have been tested and are recommended - and anything outside of those are really up to the individual client to test out. I imagine if you/your business has the coding knowledge, as it sounds like you do, then you'll probably be able to get whatever you need working anyway..
3) Again, this comes down to customization, if you have the skills you can achieve pretty much whatever you want.
4) Yes
