AppThemes doesn't officially support customizations, so we don't have tutorials available for this kind of thing. We do have "general discussion" forums for each of our themes where you can seek community based support, however these are not frequented by our moderating team in terms of what is actually supported. Alternatively, if you're looking for a developer for hire to carry out modification work, we do have a certified partners page. Yes, JobRoller has 7 different default color options available which you can simply set from within the JobRoller admin dashboard (you can view these from the front end demo site) - These do not require customization and are included with the default theme. It's only if you're looking to have color combinations different from those offered that you would need to customize code yourself. Thanks.

Regarding Job submitting

Is it possible to make both Job posting and resume posting Admin only. We would like our staff to personally list jobs instead of others.

You can disable registration on the site which prevents people logging in and posting jobs or resumes, so yes this can be done. Thanks.
