    Hi Classipress Admin

    Your Appstheme shopping cart is not working. I am trying to purchase a childtheme but when clicked on 'Checkout' it is logging me OUT. I tried using Chrome and IE but the same thing happening... Need your urgent attention before you loose more sales....

    We are sorry to hear you are having these issues, and upon testing, we do not appear to be able to replicate the problem, nor have we received other reports of it (with other sales still successfully going through during the time since you posted).     Our team has made some changes which will hopefully have resolved this, please let us know via email if you continue to have problems. We unfortunately don't appear to have received your earlier email relating to this? Thanks.

    Your team has not fixed it yet for me

    Your team contacted me twice but did not fix the issue yet though I have done all I can such as: clearing the cache, trying with any 4 major browsers, using different machine, different ISPs and IPs. I tried all possible areas I could think and this is something happening at your end for sure, a bit frustrating and forcing me cancel the idea of buying a new child theme. When clicked on 'Checkout' tab, it is logging me out and wouldn't allow me to buy at all. Your pre-sales support is also too slow to address the issue promptly...:( Sorry about this.
