Recommendations for Job Board + Profile Directory + Business Directory

Hello

I am looking for solution for my new legal networking membership site. The key features are:

1) Job Board
2) Individual Profiles
3) Business Profiles
4) Blog/Article Publishing

I am looking for interconnect these features, similar to LinkedIn.com, where you can see what individuals are currently working for a business and what jobs the business currently has available. Similar website would be www.findlaw.com.au with a job board attached to it.

Open to suggestions and I am happy to hear from developers who may like to take on the project.

Our JobRoller theme offers the key features (profiles for job seekers are visible via the resumes, and business profiles show a summary of the jobs listed by that employer), however if you are looking for additional functionality as described this would require customization of the default theme on your part.
