Recommended themes/plugins for a micro blog type of community?

We are creating a sort of micro blog type service with WordPress and are looking for best possible themes and plugins. Which plugins or themes you would recommend for a service in which

1) Users need to able to
send with and without registration posts with
- title
- text
- images (also with smartphones)
- tags
and
- comment posts
- like posts
- vote posts
- flag inappropriate posts

2) The site
- Would have lists of things such as the most viewed/voted/etc posts
- Would be fully responsive

Based on initial research Ideas theme seems suitable but are there any alternatives? We place high value for components which will also be updated in the future.

Based on the information you have provided, the Ideas theme is likely the closest match, however some of the features such as images and reporting posts are not available by default and would require customization on your part as there are no specific plugins for these features either. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.

Pepsi, as you replied, Ideas could be customized to have the features the user asked for. So, this perhaps might need the inclusion of the TinyMCE editor in the ideas submit form, true?
