From the ClassiPress admin you can restrict people from using the sidebar contact form to email ad posters unless they are registered, but if you're talking actual access to the site itself altogether, that would require some customization on your part. Perhaps there is even a plugin that might allow you to do this, but it's not a feature of the theme itself.
