Registration + Service Selection + Find Freelancers Qs + Negotiation Features
Dear Appthemes,
Firstly thanks ever so much for creating some great themes! We were about one week away from building our own site, so I think you just saved us about two months of work!
We've take a pretty close look at both Taskerr & Hirebee and have a few final questions for both before making our final decision, I've taken look in the pre-buy questions but seems no one has asked this (though there are a few hidden questions in the post-sale forum).
Questions for both Taskerr & Hirebee
- Registration Page: One thing we can't see clearly in either example is the registration page. Can you explain how the signup process works and when users are required to register? Also what we are looking to do is have a Pre-Registration page before users can see all the services that are available. Is the possible to do?
- Pre-Screen Applicants: Initially we also want to ensure we only have the best service providers on the site as such do both sites have the ability for us to pre-screen applicants before they are allowed to contribute services?
Questions for Taskerr
- Order Page: After choosing and selecting a service you are taken to a final confirmation page where you can message the seller and then confirm purchase. Here we just wanted to know whether its possible to customise this form like you can do on Hirebee?
Questions for Hirebee
- Find Freelancers Section: Here we are a little confused as to why you have this feature, as whilst you can search freelancers and see their prices, you can't actually choose to purchase services from them? Is this a bug, as we can't really see why you'd want to have this feature? i.e. Search and no CTA?
- Turing off negotiation/bidding features: Initially to again protect the market we plan to turn off bidding features, as such we just wanted to confirm this was possible? Or whether there was a potential way around this?
Sorry for all the questions, but yes very close to purchasing and while both come 90% of the way they maybe lacking a few key features we are looking for (I hope not :)).
Thanks in advance,
Patrick
