removing popup on 'Categories' link in the menu

Is it possible to remove the popup on 'Categories' link in the main menu ? I prefer that it didn't appear on the mouseover.

I still want to keep the 'categories' link on the menu, and to link to the categories page, but just to remove the 'popup' categories list. It's confusing and looks messy, especially when you are already on the 'categories' page.

There is no specific setting to disable the dropdown category menu completely, so this would require customization on your part if you were looking to remove it. You can however set whether or not you want child categories to show, how many categories to display (see "Category menu item options" in the ClassiPress admin demo site). Thanks.
