I am interested in buying your item for a classified ads website.

Just need to know two things before:

- Is it possible to create a pack to periodically renew automatically ads?

- Is it possible to subscribe to an advertiser's profile?

Need to incorporate these features on the website. I wonder if there is a plugin to do this, or if you develop plugins on request.

Currently ClassiPress does not have automatically recurring payments, however you can choose for users to be notified when an ad/membership has expired so they can be prompted to renew it. Recurring payments is planned for a future release of the theme. There is also no option to subscribe to a specific users profile, so these features would require customization of the default theme on your part.
