For JobRoller, when a listing expires, is the customer emailed about renewing their ad? Can the renewal be set to auto-renewal if there is a renewal notification process? I see that there is a "re-listing" option for jobs, how does that work for the end user?

Yes a the customer will be emailed and will have the option to renew their listing - it is at that point they are prompted to pay again to re-list. There are no auto renewal options in terms of automatically deducting funds from the customers credit card. If you enable job re-listing then the renewal email is sent, if it is disabled, they will not receive it. Thanks.

Are there any plans to add recurring billing to JobRoller in the future? This is very important to retain listings/customers.

Sorry to have to correct the answer above but JobRoller does have recurring payments. You will need to have a a PayPal business account and may need to pay extra to PayPal in order to have recurring but it is available in JobRoller.

JobRoller 1.7, which is currently in beta, will allow you to use a number of different gateways so there may be other options to PayPal for recurring payments.
