Is it possible to make the "price" not required when posting an ad. The admin demo shows that it can't be deleted, but I'm hoping to have some categories where there would be no price needed (e.g. lost and found). Thanks.
You can create custom forms specific to categories which don't include the price field, so if you have certain categories that don't require this field, then you can simply leave it out via a custom form. Thanks.
In the admin demo, for the price category, it says "This is the price field for the ad. It is a core ClassiPress field and cannot be deleted." Are you saying it can be deleted then?
No, it' can't be deleted from within the wp-admin dashboard, and there is technically no reason to actually delete it, but it can be excluded from a custom ad listing form resulting in the customer not seeing the field from the front end.
