ya thats right ... After purchasing a theme, you are the owner of the product and you can modify/customize the themes as per your requirements. If you dont have the skills to do these changes, then Appthemes also have some Certified WordPress Theme Partners | AppThemes and you can contact them for the customization.

Is it possible to have ads with a fixe price and another with % (choice of many %)
How work the diiferent languages , only on the menu or for the complete site

Currently the pricing models can only be used one at a time, so no, there is no option to select multiple ones such as 'fixed price per ad' and '% of sellers ad price' at once.. This would involve some customization of the theme on your part. There is also no setting to allow more than one % at a time.

We recommend the use of Language Packs with our themes to apply the translation, but note that these will allow you to use one language at a time on a single installation (not a multiple language option). Whether or not the front or back end of the theme is translated depends on the language pack provided. We have some full translations for some languages, and just the front end for others. You can of course edit the .po translation file yourself if you wish to choose one or the other.

Yes, you could technically use a different language pack on separate installations. This could probably be done using a multisite setup.

I'm not aware of any of the Certified Partners being based in France, or French speaking, but you may of course check their websites or make contact if you wish to confirm.

In version multisite, when the customer inserts an announcement. Seems it in all the sites ? Then we translate?

I believe you would have to make additional changes in order for the ads to appear on all instances of the setup, even on a multisite installation.
